Back in October, I was invited to speak at the Global Markets Forum as a guest of the CSE (our primary exchange) and the OTC (our U.S. listing). During the meet-and-greet following the day’s presentations, someone from the CSE asked if I could spare five minutes to meet an individual he felt would be a good connection for BacTech.

That introduction was to Jeff Kraws, a seasoned, award-winning analyst with more than 40 years of experience on Wall Street. Jeff explained that he and his partner, Karen Goldfarb, focus on identifying companies with strong, differentiated technologies that have been overlooked by the market.
