BacTech Commences Drilling on Telamayu Tailings

Drilling on the Antiguo tailings pile will consist of holes drilled to an anticipated depth of 8 metres. Holes will be drilled on a 20 metre by 20 metre grid pattern to provide complete coverage of the tailings. Continuous sampling of the tailings material will be undertaken, with the samples analyzed for the main metallic elements of copper, silver and tin (minor gold), as well as sulphur, arsenic, etc.

BacTech Moves Forward in Bolivia – Begins Investigation in Ecuador for Bioleaching and Mercury Elimination

BacTech management completed a trip to Bolivia and Ecuador the week of October 7th. In Bolivia, the Association Contract for the development of the remediation of tailings at Telamayu, Potosi, was signed between Empresa Minera Ambiental BacTech S.A. (“EMABSA”), BacTech’s 98% owned Bolivian subsidiary, and COMIBOL, the Bolivian state mining company, and was approved by the Bolivian Government by Law N° 831 dated September 15, 2016.

BacTech Set to Drill Silver-Tin-Copper Tailings at Telamayu

BacTech Environmental Corporation (“BacTech” or the “Company”; CSE: BAC, OTC: BCCEF, WKN: A1H4TY) would like to provide an update on the status of the Telamayu project. The Company recently arranged for two people from a Montreal-based engineering company to visit the Telamayu mill site in Bolivia.
