Position: Director, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gingerich is a professional geophysicist (APGO) with 25 years' experience. In October 2002, he left Noranda/Falconbridge and formed Geotechnical Business Solutions, a company focused on the development, financing and implementation of new and/or advanced technology. He is currently President and CEO of Advanced Explorations Inc. Mr. Gingerich was a director of BacTech Mining Corporation,and became a director of BacTech Environmental Corporation following completion of the Plan of Arrangement in December 2010.

Position: Director, President & CEO
Ross Orr initially brought BacTech Mining Corporation to Canada from Australia in 1997 and was instrumental in the success of the Company's IPO. He sat on the board as an outside Director until taking the role of President and CEO in 2004. Following completion of the Plan of Arrangement in December 2010 which split BacTech Mining into two new companies, REBgold Corporation and BacTech Environmental Corporation, Mr. Orr assumed the position of President & CEO of BacTech Environmental. He also serves as a Director of REBgold Corporation. Mr. Orr is a graduate of the University of Calgary and currently sits on the board of Caldera Resources Ltd.

Position: Director
Mr. Cimowsky is a founding partner and director of Ocean Partners Holdings Limited, a privately held company active in the global physical trading and marketing of copper, zinc, lead and precious metal concentrates. The company operates with an international network of field and agency offices. Ocean Partners provides or arranges financing for small/medium sized mining projects, and currently holds equity positions in mines located in Canada, Mexico and Turkey. Mr. Cimowsky was a director of BacTech Mining Corporation,and became a director of BacTech Environmental Corporation following completion of the Plan of Arrangement in December 2010.

Position: Director
Mr. Naster practices in the areas of criminal, regulatory and disciplinary law with the firm Rosen and Company. Upon being called to the bar in 1986, Mr. Naster served as Crown counsel with the Ministry of the Attorney General Crown Law Office -- Criminal. He joined the Ontario Securities Commission in 1997, where, as Special Counsel, he conducted complex regulatory and quasi-criminal prosecutions, with a specific emphasis on the conduct of senior officers, directors and advisors of public companies and investment dealers. In 2005, Mr. Naster entered private practice with Rosen and Company. He has appeared before all courts in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Naster was a director of BacTech Mining Corporation, and became a director of BacTech Environmental Corporation following completion of the Plan of Arrangement in December 2010.

Position: Director
Mr. Whalen is the former Executive Chairman of High River Gold Mines Limited (1992-2008), which owned and operated the New Britannia Mine, now called the Snow Lake Mine, in the late 1990s. The Snow Lake stockpile was created from production attributable to the aforementioned mine in the 1950s.
Prior to being involved with High River, Mr. Whalen spent 29 years with IBM Canada Ltd. He is the past Chairman of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (1998-2008), and he was Co-Chair of the Canada Russia Business Council (2004-2006). He currently sits on the boards of Pancontinental Uranium Corp., Rosscan Minerals Corporation, SouthTech Capital Corporation, and VMS Ventures Inc.

Mr. Nagy has more than 15 years of professional experience as a chartered accountant. During this time he has held several senior financial positions in the consumer goods and high tech industries.

Position: Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Salari is a metallurgical engineer with over 30 years' experience in the mining and metallurgical industry. He is currently President and CEO of DENM Ltd., since its inception in 2004, an engineering company that specializes in project management, construction management, and commissioning of small to medium scale mining projects. Recent D.E.N.M. projects have taken Mr. Salari across Canada, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela. He is a member of the Professional Engineers Association of Ontario and Nova Scotia and meets the requirements as a "QP" (Qualified Person) as set out in National Instrument 43-101, based on education, experience, independence, and affiliation with a professional association.

Position: Vice President, Technology and Engineering
Dr. Miller has over 25 years' industrial experience in bioleaching and commercial applications. He commenced his career working for Mintek in South Africa in 1981, and formed the original group evaluating bioleaching as a potential treatment option. In 1986, he joined Davy McKee in the U.K. as a group leader responsible for development of process technology in support of worldwide contracting activities, with an emphasis on refractory gold projects, determining the feasibility of bioleaching against competing technologies. He joined BacTech Mining Corporation in Australia in 1996 as technical manager and, since that time, has been responsible for all technical aspects of projects, from initial test work and management of studies through to project design and execution.

| | | Dr. Junxiang Guo, Ph.D.
Position: Vice President, Metallurgy
A metallurgist by training, Dr. Guo has 15 years of experience in applied research, operations and project management. His operational experience includes Red Lake Mine in Canada, Shandong MIC BioGold in China, and Zeravshan Gold Company in Tajikistan. He formerly served as the Vice President, Marketing with Process Research ORTECH in Mississauga, Canada, and as the Technical Director at Zijin Mining Metallurgical Technologies Ltd. in Xiamen, China. Dr.Guo holds a Ph.D. degree in mineral processing from Queen's University in Canada.

| | | Gary D. Williams, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Position: Hydrogeologist
Mr. Williams has worked in the mining industry since 1977, in both exploration and environmental capacities. He has conducted exploration programs throughout Canada, as well as environmental investigations related to tailings and mine rock management at a variety of mining projects. Recent corporate responsibilities include duties as President of Advanced Explorations Inc. (Sept 2005 to June 2007), when he assumed responsibilities as VP Environment; he has remained a Director of Advanced Explorations since March 2006. Mr. Williams has also been involved in the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario since its inception, and was a member of the Discipline Committee until mid-2008.
